2012 Heart to Heart Photo Contest

What: Beginning February 1, go to Facebook and enter Children's HeartLink photo contest by posting a photo of your friends, family members or yourself holding a sign that answers one of these questions:

  1. If you had to describe Children’s HeartLink with a word or phrase, what would you say?
  2. How have you or your family been impacted by congenital heart disease (CHD)?

One entry will be drawn at random to win a Kindle Fire*!

Photos submitted will be used to create a short video or photo album for Children’s HeartLink. By entering the contest, you are granting Children's HeartLink permission to reuse your photo for marketing purposes.
